By selecting the designated shipping method in your order, you accept and fully agree that all shipping matters will be handled by the postal or courier company. We are not legally responsible for the shipping process or the standard terms and conditions of the postal or courier company handling the shipment.

• For local orders in Hong Kong and Macau for “Ankel Maria” products, we will use SF Express for delivery. Free shipping is offered for orders over HK$800. For orders under HK$800, a shipping fee of HK$55 will apply. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days, excluding remote areas.
• After your payment is successful and the order is confirmed by us, we generally ship the goods within 3-5 business days and provide a tracking number for you to inquire about the shipment.
• Before placing an order online, please ensure that the recipient’s name, phone number, and shipping address are correct. If incorrect information leads to shipment delays or costs due to theft by third parties, the customer will be responsible.
• If payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be considered abandoned without further notice.
• No returns or exchanges are allowed once the product has been shipped or damaged during shipment.
